2. The bedspreads are visibly worn and stained, the carpet is coming up throughout the corners of the room, and the drawers and closet cabinets are damaged from luggage over the years.

9. The beds were so comfortable and the little seating area was a lovely extra, I don't understand how people have commented about worn-down and outdated rooms, we stayed in 17808 and it was clean and modern.
