1. We spoke to a supervisor and explained our frustration with our entire stay as we gave her our card again (how could we have checked in without a card in the first place??) She explained that the clerk who checked us in was new (that was supposed to explain the dirty and occupied rooms??) She offered us another $50 room service credit.

5. So, my husband tried to call them, but when he pressed the button for 'Bell Desk' on the phone, it actually rang thru to Housekeeping, who got frustrated after he called twice and just hung up on him.

6. Upon check-in, and a lot of frustration, we were placed in a suite on the 14th floor, where the room was old, dirty, well worn out and not up to our satisfaction.

8. The most frustrating thing was that the pools had very late opening and early closing hours that was very frustrating I like to exercise and go for a swim afterwards early in the morning and could not use it after the conference because it closed so early.
