1. We went up to the 'smoking optional' king and were so disgusted by the smell that we immediately called the front desk.

8. I called the front desk (of course after I used a disinfecting wipe on the phone to clean it) and they gave us another room which had dirty, spotted carpet but the grout in the shower wasn't a disgusting shade of mildew.
