1. The only downside of the pool (besides the prices) is that people can smoke anywhere, so if you were a non-smoker and finally found a spot and settled in, it was a disappointment when someone came along and started smoking right beside you.

3. The only downside was, that you HAVE to cross through the gaming lounge in order to get to the pool?? Somwheat bizaar, as you can access the pool from the Mandalay hotel without stepping into the gaming lounge.

4. The only real downside to THEhotel is that you have to share the pool with main hotel--which is somewhat like experiencing a beach resort during Spring Break.

5. downside - it is far from the rest of the Strip, rooms are a hike from the conference rooms, mini-bar is very sensitive so don't pick up the items to even look at them.
