1. A lot of the negative reviews online said there was a huge queue every morning for the beach/pool area.

9. On the negative side the elevators were very slow, always had a wait, seemed that only one of them on a bank would run at a time, not good :( The pool was nice but very crowded so if you wanted a place to sit you had better arrive early.
