2. We spoke to a supervisor and explained our frustration with our entire stay as we gave her our card again (how could we have checked in without a card in the first place??) She explained that the clerk who checked us in was new (that was supposed to explain the dirty and occupied rooms??) She offered us another $50 room service credit.

Haved stayed here four times (every other year for a convention) and very disappointed in what has happened to the running of this hotel - soiled/dirty bath robes, soiled and stained towels, maid never cleaned the wine glasses that we had used each night, pool towels had stains and some were torn.
