2. I said just put me somewhere because at this point my lunch break was about over, so up to a normal room to drop my stuff and rush back, nope keys don't work, lug my stuff back down, new keys, still don't work, lock is broken, so now I'm late and annoyed waiting for someone to let me in.

3. We were able to get rooms on a high floor (34th & 38th floors) with decent views, but my room on the 34th faced the MIX lounge and you could hear the music from our room, whch was a bit annoying (fortunately I brought ear plugs).

It was annoying that the fridge couldn't be used without paying for the minibar, the resort fee was a meaningless extra charge, and also no ice service anywhere (had to get it by the glass from the bar downstairs) but I don't think this is unique to this hotel in Vegas so I can't really fault them for it.
