2. The worst part was when I went to the pool on a 69F sunny day they would not let me sit in a chair that was in the sun claiming that the pools were seasonal and closed.

3. The only thing that drove us crazy was the Phantom of the Opera music in the elevator every day - but if that's our worst complaint, I guess that's not bad.

Also Spa is very misleading, is nothing to do with hotel, so even when staying in a prestige Sienna Suite you dont get automatic entrance to the Spa, in fact you have to pay $20 dollars each for every visit, and must say probably worst Spa I ever have visited, not because lack of treatments, there are plenty, but the Service within the Spa, is terrible.

Food here is very expensive we had a meal at the B&B resteraunt and thi was just awful, lamb ribs were just fat with no meat, resisted complaining but when second course of pork and veal arrives similar we complained and sent it back, service was excellent but food was terrible due to meat quality, this still cost us $190 worst meal ever.

We got chaged $35 twice for stuff in the mini bar we never had, Wedding E mails were sent to us that we never recieved along with a message about our flight which we never recieved either and the WORST thing was, when we left our Black suit bag with the hotel on the last day, they could not find it then gave us SOMEONE ELSES BACK and we did not realise this until we hit Gatwick and inside was OUR WEDDING OUTFITS which we were due to wear again 5 days later at our British wedding.
