1. My 'only' complaint was the lack of a coffee-maker in the room but hey- it's Vegas- nothing is free.

3. Online reservations can be a pain to deal with, no proper follow up to any queries but all big companies appear to suffer from the same lack of continuity of service with this kind of thing.

4. What this hotel seemed to lack was any sense of treating you as a guest - I think because so many of the people in and about the hotel are transient and just in the casino's or shops the staff can't/ don't really treat you as a valued guest but more as just another punter .

5. I found it a bit odd that the water (toilet) closet has a multi-line telephone for those important conference calls that just can't wait until you get off the loo, but lacks a ventillation fan.

10. What annoys me about both properties is the lack of a coffee maker in the room and the distance you have to cover to find a morning cup of joe.
