1. The room did still smell of smoke, but at my request, they brought up an ionizer and after 3 hours, the air quality was much better.
2. Non smoking room that I rented for my children smelled of smoke.
3. Among the things not up to 5-star standard (and this may sound picky)--bath towels small and dingy, same with robe; shower water pressure not great, but we were on the 38th floor which could explain it; sound transmission from next room--could hear voices, thumping; food smells from?; electronic mini bar, fridge with no room for personal items; not adequate hangers for 2 day and we packed light!; dim lighting--probably part of the 'green' initiative; uncomfortable desk chair if you had to do work.

4. Only dislike were frequent cooking smells wafting into my 42nd floor room.
5. I didn't notice any smoke smell in our room as I have at other hotels.
6. The only issue we had was, while we stayed on the 40th floor, we noticed that they had a service room (laundry?) that was situated right off the elevators for the floor and it smelled of sewage or something very stale.
7. Only downside, we sometime had cooking food smell in the room, did advise the reception but did not know wher it was coming from.
8. The room smelled much better.
9. we were on a non smoking floor, in a suite they upgraded us too, smelled from smoke, but not short term smoking, but in the furniture, drapes etc. and the dust was so thick, it was on everything, you'd think the room hadn't been used in months, light bulbs were missing over a sitting area.

10. Stayed there on Memorial day May 2009---Arrive at 1:00, no room told room would be ready at 3:00--At 3:00 no room--finally at 4:30 after telling them had dinner and show reservations at 5:30, got a room--the room had a strong urine smell from the toilet area, even after a 2nd cleaning couldn't close the door to the bathroom--Monday was to meet my brother for lunch couldn't get on an elevator as only 2 were running and those were packed with people checking out- had to walk down the stairs after waiting 30 mins to no avail to get on elevator.

11. I attended my meeting for the day and returned to my room which smelled quite strongly of smoke.
12. the room looked great, but smelled like body odor.
13. Huge rooms, no smoky casino smell, & friendly staff.
14. Firstly, the smell of the cigarette smoke knocks you over in the casino that you have to walk to in order to get to the elevators that whisk you up to your room, and secondly, I got a bit of attitude from one of their suited staff members at check out which really threw me back.

15. For us, these were:- no free wifi in rooms: can go down to level 2 for free access which is OK, but when you're paying that much per night, why not allow it in the rooms for convenience?- smoke smell: expected (although unfortunate) in the casino areas, but strong smell in the corridor of our non-smoking floor - thankfully not in our room.

16. We did, however get the smell of cannibis coming through the air vents in our bathroom for a couple of days from a room either above or at the side of us.
17. Her attitude really made me think "i will never come back again" but the hot young lady at the front desk balanced that out top off with the fact that we had our room changed right away after i complained about the odd smell in the bathroom each time we turned up the air conditioning.
18. No problem with that with the exception that the next room still had a cigarette smoke order -- albeit much fainter -- and the smell of fried food.
19. The hotel does a great job filtering smoke in the casino, as there is just a slight smell of smoke in the room and on your clothes even after several hours in the casino.
20. DOWNSIDE -- the only downside was that the Palazzo and Venetian pumps some potpourri smell -- very very heavy perfumey smell- throughout the hotel and rooms.
21. The room smelled like a converted smokers room, but otherwise seemed to be ok.
22. When we got off on our floor to go to our room it smelled like urine.
23. The room was clean, stocked with plush towels, robes and slippers, along with a toiletry kit and nice-smelling shampoos, lotion and bath gel.
24. Robes and washcloths were missing, the handset for the cordless phone was missing, and our entire floor (outside of the room) seemed to smell like a skunk had spayed there, or perhaps someone spilled an entire case of Heineken.
25. I never returned to my room smelling of smoke.
26. The smell was overwhelming to me and my wife to the point where we simply went from our room to the street.
27. And for some unknown reason, ours apparently sucked air in from the kitchen vents since our room smelled like whatever meal they were cooking (eggs in the am, onions in the pm).
28. The first room we were given had a terrible smell of old food, we later found some leftovers in the mini bar fridge that had to have been at least a few days old.

30. The shampoo, soap, etc were all top notch stuff (love the lemon smell!) The plug in the safe was a nice touch (I could charge my laptop and camera while not in my room while knowing that they were safe).
31. We got to the room and there was no smoke smell.
32. If it was too smokey housekeeping would come up with air cleaners and we could move into a non-smoking room next day, We agreed and went to the room, when we stepped off the elevator we were hit by a strong smoke smell and were worried about the room.
33. When we went into that room, it smelled terribly of smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room.
34. We had a non-smoking room and that`s just what it was the hallway still had the new carpet smell.
35. Not an unpleasant steak smell but a bit inappropriate for our room.
