3. Prestige allowed private pool access, that's not true pool area closed Monday to Friday, private pool access denied and when open on weekends the security deny entry with identification ie: Passport/driver license, again confrontational and inconvenient.

9. We felt that, in a hotel with 3,000 rooms, the wait times were quite reasonable, and courteous service forgives whatever minimal inconvenience they may have caused.
