3. A family of seven next to us had to juggle so many containers of food they were complaining 'Is this MacDonald's now?' I thought I would prefer to eat at the cafe myself as they offered the Chinois Chinese Chicken salad for $16 - but was shocked to get a wilted sad mess of a salad that Wolfgang would have thrown out three days ago.

One more thing that bothered me was that they have such an elaborate service elevator system and back door access for employees that I was shocked when a janitor wheeled a trashcan into the guest elevator and rode down to the ground floor with the guests, hopefully the eye in the sky saw this and the employee was informed that this is not acceptabel in a 5 star hotel, thats why they have staff elevators.

5. If a casino can treat it's guests who are victims of crime, (that they have on surveillance camera's) like this, without offering the money back, or any compensation, is absolutely shocking.

6. This was the worst management and security I have ever dealt with, and the intimidation techniques and verbal abuse by the security manager were shocking, especially since they had the incident on tape.

As I was by myself(I didn't mind) when I went to the toilet, I couldn't get the lock to work on the bathroom door(not individual toilets, just a big roomed one) so as I went to the opposite side of this massive loo, and sat down ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, knickers round me ankles,,, a man walked in,,,, looked at me shocked,,, I screamed,, he ran out and I nearly died of shame.

9. This did not take away from the enjoyment of our stay although I do think that staying in a hotel with this many guests was a bit of a culture shock for us.
