2. Don't get me wrong, The Bellagio is a very nice place to stay on the strip in terms of decor, location and upscale amenities but, now that I have stayed there once, I do not need to go there ever again.

3. Service on check out rubbish desk guy couldnt even pretend to be interested, remember you're just a number here, dont get me wrong vegas is one of the must visit places in the USA but does everyone have to be so blatant in wanting to take your hard earned dollers off you.

4. It is a lovely hotel, don't get me wrong, but we have stayed at plenty of 5 star hotels before and never got attitude like we did here.

10. Check in - arrived after midnight - registration was crazy - no queuing system - 40 minutes to get through - requested room not available (moved the next day) - even with that they registered us under the wrong name.
