1. We had a few problems checking in and as a gesture of goodwill we were upgraded to a Bellagio Suite in the Spa Tower.

2. The staff were all immaculate, very courteous and super-efficient, nothing was ever a problem or too much trouble.

3. Also - they charge a resort fee which includes the use of the pool which in theory, is not a problem for us.

4. Its a huge hotel so don't expect personal service, though if you have a problem they are there to help ( I overheard an issue being dealt with at the front desk - the receptionist tore up the guys bill ) .

5. The only problem was the couple next door that were fighting all night - if you have a noisy party next to you in the room that is available as a connecting room, it sounds like they are in your room with you.

6. We were on the 27th floor, but never had a problem waiting long for an elevator as each section of floors has an elevator bank just for those floors.

7. I know this happens on Saturday, and I think Thursday as well? It runs until 4am and certainly it can cause a problem for certain rooms.

8. I had a side fountain view room on the 21st floor, although the sound was audible in the room, the bass did not cause quite so much of a problem.

9. Not a huge problem for me but we had a group of 8 staying there and they all wanted coffee in their rooms.

10. I thought that a new review was worth making to point out that there is a potential problem with noise from the Paris casino on nights when they have their outside club running.
