1. Our room was very well-appointed but unfortunately our view was of a parking deck.

6. unfortunately, we were in a Resort Room, nevertheless, one would expect not to have to queue for quite as along to eat the most basic meal of the day, breakfast, as a guest in a five star hotel.

10. unfortunately while we were there, the electricity was down for almost the whole day and most of the guests had to take shower at the spa and the hotel did reimburse some of the ridiculous price-tag of the new year's eve price.
