1. As other reviewers have commented, the rooms look outdated and worn (I wish i would have taken their advise and booked somewhere else - Next time i will definately stay at Wynn Encore or The Mandarin Oriental).

6. 00 pm and I was worn out from a long day and miles of walking, they had only 2 people working the desk and about 20 people late checking in.

7. They've recently refurbed the north tower and redecorated and re-carpeted the rooms and in fairness they are nice, but the rooms in the other tower aren't being done till 2013 and are are old and worn out.

8. Our penthouse suite was worn, soiled and dirty in places (had to make a rug out of bathtowels to walk on in the bathrooms), and was clearly not being maintained in the manner that we had come to expect from this 5-star hotel.
