1. The clerks are so polite, so attentive, that they are slow and lose all sense of efficiency, it was so frustrating watching.

We stayed here over Christmas and although we paid for an executive suite with private check in and line pass this was not explained on arrival (defeating the object)Overall the hotel looks and feels 5 star, but the sheer size and the numbers of non staying visitors makes for a frustrating and chaotic experience.

5. Meal times can be very frustrating as there will be queues for pretty much everything, no preference is given to guests so you will be queuing with people who come in from the street, with one exception - if you hold an 'M Life' royalty card you go to the front of the queues, this creates a 2 tier class system which was annoying.

The check - in is sometimes a bit tiresome as depending on the number of people checking in you could find the wait, (after what might have been an already long journey, a ten hour flight in our case) somewhat frustrating, however a member of staff is constantly monitoring the reception check-in and if there is a way of moving things forward he/she does it quickly.
