3. Our room was excellent, large and airy, very clean with a view of the pool area and the bathroom was huge, the only (small) complaint was that there was a limited choice of tv chanels.

10. The only complaints I have is that there was no coffee/tea in the room, and I didn't find the pillows to be very comfortable (but they didn't prevent me from sleeping).
