1. The coffee shop made a mistake on our coffee order and when we went back they made us feel it was our fault and recharged us??? Sometimes it was just easier and less hassle to accept the overcharging rather than trying to sort it out.

6. I must say the room was lovely and the hotel is fabulous but after the total lack of service after all of these mistakes we could never stay at the Bellagio Hotel again.

7. Turns out the brilliant check-in staff had wrongly checked my dad in as me, which I'd imagine to be a rather difficult mistake to make, as they're supposed to check proof of ID when checking someone in, and my booking was for more nights at the hotel than my dad's booking.
