1. Only negative was the fried chicken 'special' in the Cafe Bellagio, which was possibly the worst I have ever had.

8. and perhaps worst of all was a dealer at a blackjack table who was a completely unprofessional and yelled at me for taking 7 single $1 chips off her table and not cashing 5 of them in saying she needed them.

9. I never like to complain, I have worked in the hospitality industry before and know first hand how a nasty guest really is taken, but this hotel is the worst and they sure lost a customer for life.

10. it was disgusting, also the second day the maid didn't come to clean the room at all, and the worst part was the service at the front desk.
