4. Cleaners annoying as insist on doing your room even if you want to go in it.

5. Any peeves? Well one small one: if you had half used a bottle of lotion or shampoo, the turn down service would remove them, but not replace them, which to be honest baffled me and annoyed me as I would want the lotion before bed.

10. Also the Internet connection is unreliable, in some areas of the hotel it is missing completely, and where available, I have to re-accept the terms and conditions all the time, which is really annoying.
