3. On the negative side, the rooms a pretty small, with an even smaller bathroom so if you have to go back to your room and do some work, it is way too small.

8. I would think that with Gold Status a hotel manager would have called to at least apologize for the negative experience even if they wouldn't cover the cost of the Legos.
