1. I don't think a serious interrogation of the personnel involved was done and between 100 'we are sorry' , the message was that, well, you made a mistake,(by not using the safe) and it is not the hotel responsibility.

8. Eating or buying anything in the hotel is a also mistake; there's a CVS one block away, a great clothing store in the basement of the hotel, and decent restaurants within easy walking distance.

9. The Valet made a mistake with my car and insisted on giving us free parking for that day because of the 10 minute delay (from my experience getting free parking from one of these hotels never happens).
