We chose the JW Marriott because it was one of several hotels selected by the conference, it offered a so-called special rate to delegates, and it had few
bed bug
reports.

My co-worker said it could be
bed bugs
and that DC is the 3rd highest city in the US notorious for
bed bugs
.
