1. I was disappointed, though, that the King Bed I'd been 'guaranteed' was not what I found (two Queens) and that my request for a high floor was 'noted' by being placed on the 1st Floor.

5. A pool - as any parent will attest - is a must when you are traveling kids and the JW pool does not disappoint - It was the perfect way to wind down after a long day of sightseeing.

9. This was my first time at a JW and I was disappointed that for all the JW brand implies (for me anyway), the rooms were no different.

10. The concierge lounge was good, although, perhaps a bit understaffed, as there was a large group, and they really kept the staff on their toes(I was disappointed to see some of them helping themselves from the honor bar, without making an account of it).
