3. The elevator was a major issue because it was honestly faster walking up and down the stairs then waiting for the elevator.

4. Yes they're homeless people in the area but it's an issue within all of San Fransico not just on the street of the hotel.

7. Now on to the bad, being from LA the homeless people did not bother us so that was no issue at all.

8. But would I want the urine smell on McAllister street to get into my room?Overall, I think the issue lies in the hotel owner and their management issues, not of their staff.
