2. I've been reading a lot of comments about the hotel and first of all, you are visiting a City a very very busy City and I mean in all aspects, and if someone wants to expect so much from the hotel, well then stop complaining and pay a Four Seasons Hotel.

8. They also have central heating which totally sucked as most nights I was freezing so I went downstairs to complain about how cold my room was only to be told the heating will go on at 3am and turn off at 6am.
