1. It is a shame it's a nice building, great location 5min walk up the road you are central to everything, but it is so dirty and the homless outside just really let it down.

3. Having just returned from San Francisco I can honestly say the Renoir Hotel was a breath of fresh air compared to the dirty city of San Francisco and the 'couldnt care less' people of the city.
