1. Outside the hotel: bums hang out everywhere and they use the bathrooms in the hotel,dirty outside everwere its a rough part of town also while we were about a 2 minute walk away there was a stabbing .

3. The location is bad, in a very rough area did not feel safe at all after dark, alot of homeless people hanging around the area, and have a tendency to shout abuse at you when your walking pass them really frightning.

6. The lobby is a that great looking either; additionally this part of town is not the greatest but being from NYC It hought I could rough it and would too if they did not have bed bugs.

9. I agree, there are many transients and some people that seem a little rough, especially on Jones Street up one block.
