1. noisy flags attached to front of building augment the nighttime ambience of squeaky light rail, yelling, sirens and traffic noise.

2. That being said, you may want to get a room on the 4th floor or above, since the bottom of the courtyard has some A/C units scattered around which might be noisy.

6. The street below the hotel can be noisy at times, and you do get 'some' street noise' in some rooms, but overall the rooms are very nice, boutique style, and very comfortable.
