1. We were checked in right away and have no complaints with the quality of service given.

2. We did at the second request get to see the manager who was very professional and did wave our car parking charges, which are far too high $35+ tax per night, and took our complaint seriously.

7. I notice that this complaint has been mentioned by other reviewers in the past and the hotel repsonse was that they are going to fix it.

9. The room was dirty (I found half piece of a cake on the floor of the room and when I decided to write a complain I realised that the complaints of the previous guest were already on the table of my room.
