1. My main concern was that we had fire alarms go off in the early hours twice in 3 days and had to make our own way down via an outside ladder that was very difficult to push down.

9. A few observations for improvement: The electrical sockets in our room were pretty loose--makes plugging the laptop a little difficult although was able to do so.
