4. Their attitude about this has been incredibly poor like it is my fault I got screwed because I did not come to stay at their overpriced worn out dump of a hotel when I got a better deal somewhere else.

5. Basically you get the benefits of staying in an overpriced tourist trap in union square or SOMA or Embarcadaro without the steep price I really see this as a major pro not a con at all.
