7. The location wasn't too bad, though with a front facing room, the trams and homeless people outside did cause a lot of noise through the night/early morning (on 4th floor), something double glazing/better windows could sort easily.

8. The street below the hotel can be noisy at times, and you do get 'some' street noise' in some rooms, but overall the rooms are very nice, boutique style, and very comfortable.

10. First of all the rooms were quite nice, very clean, good decor, very liitle street noise, very small bathroom though, and a less than desirable area (i didn't feel safe to walk to and from the hotel so i took alot of public transport).
