1. Only problem, which was beyond the control of the hotel, was the street resurfacing project that went all night with the scraping and back-up alarms resulting in poor sleep quality.

5. Some people get scared or shocked by the homeless on Market street, I'm a woman alone and I don't have a problem walking at night from Union Square, I just go my way and was never bothered.

7. Friends and I walked around the area at night and found it to be somewhat sketchy but we didn't have any problems nor did we ever feel uncomfortble.

8. The problem is that the Civic Center location is on the edge of a declining neighborhood and a hangout for the homeless and beggars.

9. My only problem with the desk was with one certain individual; I told her that I wanted to ride on the BART simply to ride on a subway (we don't have those in Wisconsin)-- she told me it was worthless to go down there if I didn't need to travel long distances.
