1. As others have noted, the hotel really has a problem with backedup elevators due to large parties and receptions in the evenings.

7. When I mentioned that I had booked with Priceline about 45 minutes earlier, I was given the brush off, and told 'we are having problems with Priceline' and was slipped a couple free drink tickets so I could wait in the lobby bar.

10. Only real problem with the room was that the shower drain did not drain well and the water would back up during my shower.
