4. The downside was that my room with queen size bed was tiny and the bathroom was miniscule (approaching cruise ship size), which could be a pain if sharing with another person.

7. Overall, this hotel has far more positives than negatives about it, the downside was the wait for the room and the wait for the bags but we were on vacation so why let it bother you and the pleasant and helpful staff more than made up for this.

8. this is a superb, quirky hotel in a fantastic location, 2 mins to union square and a cable car stop at the front door, the rooms are quite nice, if a little small but really clean, only downside is there is a bit of noise from the street but overall an excelent place to stay.
