2. It is newly remodeled and my only complaint is the rooms are a bit small, but you will find that many places in San Fran, especially historic hotels such as this one.

6. I agree with the complaints that the bathrooms are small, but it is a historic hotel so its not too surprising--how much time do you need to be in the bathroom anyway? Of more concern was the level of service.

8. Only two complaints is that the valet was a tad slow and expensive and that the lounge on the top of the hotel allowed too many people in at night to be comfortable and fun.
