4. Cons: Small bathroom, you have to close the door to access the toilet, and street noise very annoying even from the 11th floor.

My main issue is with the elevators--there is only one elevator bank, and if there's an event going on (like a wedding) and the planners have one or two elevators blocked off (as happened three times during my stay), or if it's a weekend night and people are going to the nightclub, it gets annoying.
