3. If I were to make some suggestions, the check in desk is very hard to find when you first arrive, so they could make that clearer, and the place where you wait for the elevators is too dark and doesn't give the right type of first impression.

5. Upon check-in (early), they said they didn't have a room with 2 beds (hard to believe) and the hotel was over-booked.

6. We were also disappointed to learn that this property doesn't offer two of Kimpton's signatures, a wine hour (a coupon for one beverage in the bar is provided instead, hardly an exchange since our two people for two nights were only offered one coupon) and complimentary robes in the room.
