My BAD for insisting we stay half a block to Union Square, and trying to keep within a certain budget (279- 299 dollars per night) to stay at the Sir Francis Drake.

Simply put, the hallways smelled pretty

, and the hotel's non-smoking policy didn't seem to preclude a few loud drug-fueled parties.
