1. The first room offered was tiny and noisy; a request for a better room resulted in one that was somewhat larger, but by no means spacious, overlooking an interior air shaft.

8. I changed the room because the accessible bathroom had a big room to shower in with no shower curtain and a hand held shower head, the windows faced an outdoor hole in the hotel and I felt like I was in a closet with no air flow, and I am tall and can't sleep on a tiny twin bed.
