1. While taking two bags around the corner may not sound difficult, by this point it was late at night and raining, and our bags were very heavy.

2. We found it a little difficult the room being so small as we had a case each which we couldn't unpack and stow away given that we were on a road trip and were only there for two nights, this made the room extremely short on space.

4. The hotel is a bit quirky as there are two parts to it with stairs separating them (making it very difficult to get your luggage up and down.

8. It is difficult to get a family suite in the city, however, the Handlery has several unique rooms that make your trip easier if you are traveling with kids.

9. Isn't it their job to be helpful to weary travellers? The hotel is just okay: rooms cozy, but small; very loud street noise which makes sleeping rather difficult; good location to Union Square.

10. Again, this hotel is probably great for couples without children or needing wheelchair / stroller access but proved to be a bit difficult for us.
