1. We were given complimentary breakfast and my only complaint is that the service was not great in the restaurant, slow and orders muddled.

3. There is a handicapped type lift between lobby area and the premier section rooms that is slow, but avoids dragging your luggage up one flight of stairs.

5. Stayed at this hotel, most dissapointing about this stay was the breakfast , poor choice and shocking service, i have never had to wait to be seated for 15 minutes while the back of the room had plenty of room, the guys worked their butts off cleaning where as the serving staff were very slow.

6. I guess if there was one complaint I can muster up would be the slow elevators, and there are only two elevators in the front lobby which are very tiny (they only hold 6 people).

9. Note for those with baby strollers or in wheelchairs, getting from the garage to the hotel proper does involve some stairs, unless you utilize a freight style-elevator which was probably retrofitted to comply with Americans with Disabilities Act and is a bit slow and claustrophobic.
