3. Additionally, having a customer pay $150+ per night to have mold and water drip on them as soon as they open their room door?We are not ones to complain, however, our 1-star motor inn back in San Diego trumps the service here at the Handerly in San Francisco.

6. Looking up into the vent, there were green and brown spots of mold from where it was consistently dripping down.

7. Lobby and pool were impressive, and the location is great, but the historic section in this hotel has a definite odour (mold, mildew?) even after the 'so called' renovations.
