1. negatives might be that the staff is not as schooled in the available dining options (the restaurant does not belong to them, so they do not favor it) and the TV setup lacks a few details, but all in all, it is where I will direct friends when they come to town.

4. There is just one small negative that I can mention and that is that you have to carry your suitcases up a flight of stairs to get to the new part of the building, this was a bit of a pain as we had a lot of luggage, but in the grand scheme of things not a problem.

10. The only two negatives [(1) getting to the premier section of the hotel is a bit convoluted (via stairs or herky-jerky wheelchair lift) and (2) the concierge was marginally helpful] would not dissuade me from returning to the hotel.
