1. Bad Points: Small pool, Bed was rock hard, View of a wall, Windows weren't sound proof so you are woken up every morning by the chanter's who stand outside the hotel screaming 'WAKE UP' at 7am every morning.

6. The vouchers get you a very average breakfast, service is not efficient (impossible to get hard or soft-boiled eggs) and the dinner we had there was very average.

7. Fantastic location - less then a block from Union Square - but unbelievably 'quiet' rooms - very hard to find in the heart of The City.

8. Also great if you need a bigger room for a larger family which can somtimes be hard to find in San Francisco.

9. The bell captain made money out of calling particular cab drivers, even though it meant we waited 20 minutes for his cabbie friend to arrive and the two different gentlement on the tour desk found it very hard to crack a smile or put any effort into our requests for help.
