2. The carpets were dirty and the furniture was delapidated and we were told we were in one of their better rooms??Do not expect any help with your luggage as the Bell Boys and Door Man are never to be found.

3. I gave cleanliness a five but I have a few complaints the elevator lobby at the parking garage is dirty and has been since my last visit, in fairness it is most likely impossible to keep clean but some new carpet and chairs would go a long way.

4. Good Points- The location is great- The historic feel of the hotel is pretty neat- The staff is very niceDownsides- The room we stayed in smelled of must- The bathroom was extremely outdated- Our sheets where visibly dirty, we requested new sheets, they were dirtier that the first set.

6. Minuses: Noisy if you stay in rooms facing the street; most rooms have poor views or are views of other rooms or of a dirty alley; A/C doesn't work well in rooms of older portion of hotel; many standard rooms are small.
