1. The hall way and room had an unusual odor similar to horse stables, as we were only there for 3 nights we chose not to complain.

4. I immediately called down to the front desk and complained about the smell and the kindly and swiftly moved me to another room, slight bleach smell but less strong and the room was South facing and full of sunlight so couldn't be bothered to switch.

9. Additionally, having a customer pay $150+ per night to have mold and water drip on them as soon as they open their room door?We are not ones to complain, however, our 1-star motor inn back in San Diego trumps the service here at the Handerly in San Francisco.
