2. The concierge was bit snooty to us about dinner reservations - but we got one on our own using OpenTable, so no big deal.

3. Very helpful staff on reception although for some reason one particular concierge was almost snooty, totally without a smile on his face and you felt like he was doing you a favour just helping you with information.
